JAK Tools 1.2 Released

I made a few minor tweaks to the load and configuration modules nick named JAK Tools. No one really seemed bothered with it from a development standpoint at work (since we just modified these heavily anyways) but I figured it would be useful to have the examples working properly.

Load Module:

Removed a useless document write
Added a code example for DOM Loading CSS files
Added a code example for using the Load.Last() method

Configuration Module:

Fixed the version numbers (out of sync on last distributed version
